During your free initial consultation you will sit down with your trainer to discuss your goals and desired outcome. From there we will perform a physical assessment to determine your current fitness levels. We will utilize this information to design a customized workout plan that is not only focused on your goals, but designed appropriately for your current level of fitness. This will help maximize your fitness while minimizing the risk of injury
Do you prefer to workout with a group? Why don't you give one of our small group training classes a try. We will put you through one hour of fast paced circuits that you will find challenging and fun. We constantly keep it fresh by alternating bodyweight, strength, and high-intensity interval training. You will leave knowing you achieved an excellent full-body workout.
Our groups typically range from 2-8 individuals. You can join an existing group or, if you have a few friends interested, start a group of your own. Group classes are great for extra motivation, accountability, and builds comaroderie!
